I celebrated the 4th at my LCS getting my latest silver fix and and a Confederate note that I need to research. Can anyone tell me about the 2008 graded Gem Uncirculated instead of a number grade? Is it a part of a large submission that didn't make a ms69 or ms70 grade?
Nice note and coins the term gem uncirculated means 65 and above.I would be at 68 for it by the obverse i think i also see some clashing on it.
