Just for giggles I finnaly went out and purchased some rolls of coins from the bank. I have not done that since I was a kid. Back then (60's) I would pull wheaties and silver dimes and quartres from the rolls. Now I just want to see what I can get. I bought 20 rolls of pennies and 4 of the quarters. Actually I am kind of excited about the looking process. Brings back some memories. I have been filling the holes in my lincolns. I more or less have been focusing on the 1909 to 1970. 1970 is where I stopped when I was younger. Well now I have all but 5 coins in that range and want to get my set more current, hence the roll purchase. Also I want to get all those state quarters out of the way. I can't ley my mother in law have more state quarters than me. I'm the collector. I wonder in 20 rolls if I can find a wheatie?

    Stay tuned

I recently bought 20 rolls of pennies myself from my bank. I found 4 wheaties in the bunch, and 2 Canadian cents.

Good luck, can't wait to see what you find!

I will let you know if I find anything. If I have any luck I will get some more. I had to laught at the bank. They said they would not take rolls back. Evidently some people would put slugs back in the rolls. I have to dump all the lose stuf back in to some coin sorting machine to get a reciept, which is no big deal.
