    I'll go with $84,000. If there was a reserve, it was supposed to be posted at 7 PM CT, and it is still not showing one...so I'll assume that there is no reserve.

    Ya know, with all the people who claimed to be engineers in that other thread, it really shouldn't have been the engineer turned hotelier who noticed it. On the other hand, once you submit your guess, how closely are you really going to examine the guesses of others.:whistle:

    Id say $16,180.33 but its already past that so I'll go with $34,567
