You can actually make these. In fact, they do, they're called "Magician Coins." I mean, were this a single coin, which, obviously, it isn't. But we've Kennedy halves like that with phony reverses, and the same "machining" is used to make phony-reverse cents.
Based on many previous posts, lengthy conversations and continual avoidance of accepting legitimate helpful guidance from the community HE SEEKS knowledge from, I'd say indubitably.
The only reason I am responding to this is to let everyone know this is the same obverse as shown on his earlier post!
