Cannot tell about the lower chin/cheek. I will assume die issue. MS65.

Very attractive. I think the marks on her face and across the Eagle breast keep it to a 64. Is the reverse die slightly rotated?

I'm going with 64 only because I can't see what might be lurking in the shadow..

MS63? (marks on cheek). Maybe you can change your lighting (or add a light) to we can see the cheek better?

MS 64. A few of the prominent bagmarks cost it gem status. A really good looking coin.

Very nice coin, but those couple dings on the cheek limit it. I'm going to say it's an MS64. It might squeak out 65...but I'm going to say MS64.

MS 65 ...relatively clean fields and no major distraction outside of the bottom of the cheek/jaw area (that is a bit worrisome but I'll say it did not prevent a gem grade)

The obverse rim from 10:00-02:30 seems rough. Perhaps it's the photography, but the luster also seems subdued. There are too many shadows to see the surfaces clearly. Without better pictures, I have to say MS63.

gotta say 65+ is real close.. I don't usualy disagree with morgandude, but I don't think the dings enough to knock it out of gem but they are why I say 65+ not 66 :D
