has anyone seen this before??

ive had this bill for over ten years, never been folded. any info would be great. i thought ink smear but the sides and everything around the green are even

i know these are cell phone pics . not good quality ill try and post more later.

I actually think that this is an ink smear of sorts, just a controlled smear. I have seen one of two like it at coin/paper money shows back when I was heavily into paper.

I love the "countdown" serial #!

I would try to get in touch with Lou Default I don't remember his email but he has something similar to yours. It looks great but price wise who knows.

It's a repeater, Almost, actually.

 

From what I know about printing, this is not a mistake. It's a doctored one. The outside lines of a mistake would be irregular on all edges and spotted. Sorry. -O)
