1952D wheat penny

I found one of these in my container of pennies. As I was looking at it, I noticed the letters in TRUST, only half of the UST are there.

looks like post mint damage to me. Perhaps from a rolling machine

 

that's what i thought, but the rest of the coin is great. you can see that it kind of carries over from the R

 

Unfortunately that's exactly what it is...counting machine damage.
