Randy Campbell has an interesting article in the current issue of Coin World: http://editions.amospublishing.com/WDCN/Default.aspx?d=20100111&pagenum=1&f=0

He discusses an 1880-S Double eagle grading MS61 at ICG. For him the coin has excellent qualities but is limited in grade by a minor scratch that is not bad enough to preclude it being graded.

I have always been impressed by Randy Campbell's qualities, friendliness, competance, and generosity, and IMHO should be appointed ANA president whether or not he is willing to run for the post. I would grade him "MS 70" if he were a coin.

he does seem honest, and that may stop him from running.
