EF40 according to ANACS, congrats to our chicken dinner winners and thank you all for playing. I think it's a 30 or 35 myself (and paid accordingly). Compare and contrast... ICG is tough, I may have to send my recently submitted 1921 to ANACS (I jest! I appreciate an honest grade just as much as the next guy). IMG_4217.JPG 2849810101-OBV.jpg 2849810101-REV.jpg

What I especially like of your coin is the mint mark, it is very clear, nice. Most are not clear and/or gone. Thanks for sharing it.

I have a 1924 LSQ that I sent to NGC a while ago and I got an MS-61. It's hard to find any LSQs that are in good shape and within my price range.

I am on a budget - my youngest is still in college and I drive a 15 year old SUV (he drives my 10 year old Honda, lol) so I can relate. Speaking of which, don't you have to be a member to submit to NGC? Isn't it expensive (obviously worth it for an MS level SLQ)? How does the process work? After collecting for many years (and picking up a fair number of PCGS, NGC, ANACS and ICG slabbed coins) I finally submitted myself last year to ICG - it was easy and affordable and I think the grades are tough but fair, BUT, while they do a great job with US and World coins IMO, they don't with tokens, and I have a couple that I think are badly undergraded in ICG slabs I'd like to have reassessed raw by NGC, and I just bought a couple of Bryan 1896 campaign tokens I'd like to get slabbed, so I'm wondering how that works. I'm not interested in resale (otherwise I'd be going with PCGS and NGC) but I want an honest assessment and NGC seems to be the "go to" on these things.

If you had put a poll at the beginning, I was going to vote MS63 FH, but then I'm on medication for a respiratory infection.
Still, a nice example of a SLQ.

I belong to ANA and they help a great deal. It's worth the membership fee.
