Pictures out of focus. Hard to tell.
But it looks like the breast on both the eagle and Liberty have been flattened.
And there appears to be marks in the field behind Liberty.
    Maybe XF.

The current price ($9.00) seems fair enough, and there is a 7-day return policy so you're covered if you don't like the coin when you get it. Seller has good feedback as well.

From what detail I can see I doubt it is AU58, and it definitely cannot be higher as I can clearly see wear on the coin.
    I'm with Kanga, probably EF.

T$ said it. Won't grade a 58. Far to much wear on the reverse. I'd say AU 50/55

Besides all that has been said already, the coin looks harshly cleaned to me.

I see no indications of cleaning at all. What is it that you see?

I strongly suspect that it has been cleaned and/or dipped. A coin that old and worn should not be that white unless.......

Truly a crappy photo by a seller with a big enough fb who should know better.
You did a smart thing by asking before you bought even though it's an inexpensive coin. Learn all you can about coins before parting with your money.

Not going to make 58 with that right obverse field. Pictures are so poor it is hard to say much else. I think I would pass and wait for something you can see in hand (any shows you can go to? if so, you will have plenty of opportunities to see raw AU common date Walkers).
