Any explanation why the 521 $10.00 did not get a PPQ?

 

1. Series 521 $10 in EF 45

2. Series 481 $5 in VF 35PPQ

3. Series 481 $10 in VF 53PPQ

4. Series 541 $10 in VF 25

 

Not sure why, Its a really nice note, I just happen to have the
Same note in 35PPQ, I will post it for your examination

I really like this one, itis very simiarl to the reverse of the $10 Poker Chip Note!!

I think the PPQ (Premium Paper Quality) Designation really goes to the
Crispness of the paper but not the overall condition and that would go
The same for PMG,s label as well!

 

I was drolling when I saw these pictures. However I heard MPC's are hard to find.
Eitheir way theyre beautiful never seen anything like it.

 

I was a hard core paper money collector from the late 1800,s
To early 1900,s notes, and when i saw the absolute art work!! I dove
Right in to Mpc !! I have hundreds of raw and certified ones, Some
Are very hard to find most are not and still very affordable!! If
