I saw this at my local coin shop , and after negotiating some got this for 200.00 figured that was a fair price. For a AU Looking coin it is quite lovely in hand. It looks semi Prooflike in hand , Reverse more so than obverse . To me looks about AU-55 , coin is not graded. I need to get a new photo set up figured out still to capture how the coins look in hand better still.
Maybe so, but I'm sure there are many CC Morgans in collections of people who don't care which die pairing they have. I see there are about a dozen MS coins with PL examples and a DMPL in the registry census. That to me is an indicator of what the population could be.
