Scratched AGE from Online Order (BU Grade)

I have a 2021 AGE that was recently delivered to me, and it appears that during shipping it was scratched. It was in a box with a roll of 20 silver rounds, and the tube that the rounds were in was open when I opened the box, letting the rounds bounce around in there during shipping.

Given this is not a coin I am going to get graded, should I make a fuss about this, or is it no big deal? Will it impact the value if I ever sell it?

How the coin arrived, you can see the damage to the sleeve:

Scratch, there is also some marring on the sunrays:

If the packing was so lax that you're sure of what happened...I/we can't tell just from photos and didn't see it when box was opened...I'd likely "make a fuss" (speak up). I say "likely" because it also depends on the seller and what you know of them either from previous experience and/or what they advertised/agreed to on selling, their return policy, et al. To me, grading has nothing to do with it...I wouldn't want a scratched/damaged AGE that wasn't that way when I bought it. Just me.

As much as they cost, I'd get them to replace it.

Gold is really soft. Could've happened any time anywhere. It technically is "BU".
That being said, seems the seller did a really poor job of packing.

That decision is completely up to you. It's a small scratch but it's definitely there, not a terribly big deal for a bullion coin at all. I'd probably let it go but it's up to you.

Why have it graded ??? It's bullion and not a proof.

That'll buff right out. Just kidding, back away from the buffer. I would let the seller know, politely, and keep it for the reason spirityoda mentioned. In the future it'll still bring above spot.
