However, I would caution against drawing much of an opinion from the OP's images as that photo looks blurry and was likely done to just show us the slab (as opposed to the coin).

The only thing I see about the coin that could possibly be evidence of cleaning are the hairlines on the left side of the obverse where the pan is. the lines in the upper right are die polish lines.

The luster is typical of a California, but atypical for other coins, so if you aren't familiar with the California, you might think the luster is off, and therefore cleaned. I have always thought that if the grader is not familiar with the coin, it'll go details. I have 2, both slabbed, one is "Cleaned", one is straight. I'm hard-pressed to so the difference in the two, and what they decided was evidence of cleaning.
