has anyone seen anything like this???

ive had this bill for over ten years, never been folded. any info would be great. i thought ink smear but the sides and everything around the green are even

are the edges white? if so it sorta of looks fake to me, but lets see what the paper guys have to say

 

its a cell phone picture so you cant really see it that good. its a one dollar bill. i really dont think its fake . heres the front of it.
