    Horrible. Horrible. I'm so sorry.

I couldn't tell from the original post, did the scum get a lot of coins as well?

    Hi Charmy:

I am very sorry this happened to you and desire that the lower existences which performed such act of criminal action may suffer the incredible pangs of guilt for their action - a punishment far more consequential in the long run than any which a criminal court or incarceration can fathom.

Thank you again everyone for your kind concerns and suggestions. And yes, we're not very fond of thieves either! The cases were left on the lawn of an empty house - we think they discovered there was nothing of value in the cases, which were very heavy, so they just decided to dump two of them. Don't ask me why they kept the third one?!? Luckily, the cases were undamaged and one was still locked and still had the lamps inside. The other one was open, but that's because that particular lock was loose and didn't work very well.

And rest assured, we are well aware these guys may now know the nature of my business and are taking every precaution, including beefing up all security. And regarding the .38 special, I have had a concealed carry permit for several years and that is exactly what I carry.
