I spent 35+ years arguing for a living. I didn't retire from all that just so I could do it here for free! I will if I have to -- as when someone insults me -- but regardless of what anyone may think, I don't find it a pleasant experience.

 

Do it then. Actually, you know what, I’ll do it! Pinging @lordmarcovan. Because as someone who actually is a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, you’re barking up the wrong tree here.

 

I only argue when someone insults me without a valid reason.

 

If I were you, I wouldn't concede that there could ever be a valid reason for insulting me!

 

And if I were you, I'd send that username he uses off to the purgatory "ignore user" on their user profile just like I did. Don't argue with fools, especially when you are not being paid for it.

 

@scottishmoney, it may be a moot point given that you've put @Gam3rBlake on ignore, but regardless of what you think of her or her posts, please be respectful and use the pronouns that she has made clear are the correct ones. It costs you nothing.

 

Thanks but it’s ok Donna I identified most of the bullies on here a while ago and hit them with a preemptive ignore.

I get enough of that in my normal life so if I can avoid it online too I always try to.

 

Hey Donna. What proof is there here though? I respect your opinions greatly so I am a bit perplexed here. From the timeline I see, I commented saying I’ve also noticed the OP changing profile pics and put the disclaimer I’m not saying it in an anti-trans way, merely commenting it made me think (given other oddities) the account is a troll. That by itself seemed to generate this quite erratic behavior of then calling out everyone as anti-trans from the OP. From my POV it seemed like a convenient troll response in an attempt to silence everyone. I’ve met many trans people, but never one so quick to call out a gay man, and an uncle with a trans niece, as transphobic. I struggle to believe this person isn’t a troll.

 

I don't think any proof is required. She has told me she's trans and newly '"out," and absent proof to the contrary, which nobody here has, I believe her. It's not the kind of thing people generally lie about. The issues people may have with her don't change my opinion, and aren't inconsistent with someone in her position. It's not our place to pass judgment on her authenticity.

 

Yup, try to do someone a favour by making a suggestion of blocking and get called out and slammed for carelessly forgetting that someone allegedly changed their pronoun quite recently.

Apparently according to the haters changing my profile pic from pre-transition male to post-transition female is trolling.

Every insult/criticism I’ve gotten seems to be because people didn’t like that I changed my profile picture from one I took before transitioning to one I took after.

I guess I just won’t use a profile picture anymore.

 

After reading all this I can only say that the German Army was bled dry in Russia, thanks to bad decisions by Hitler and his cronies, the war was lost at Stalingrad. After that debacle it was just a matter of time and wasted lives. The gentleman is correct, the former Soviet Union suffered the most, if it is possible to quantify suffering. Now back to coins.

Suffering the most doesn’t mean contributing the most.

Believe it or not it was only because of supplies sent by the US to the Soviets that they were even able to have a chance.

The US sent the Soviets trucks, weapons, tanks, and all kinds of stuff.
