Read the text at the Higley Coppers link. Several of the designs have that legend. I don't believe there is any regular on this forum who knows enough about early 18th Century Colonial issues to even hazard a guess whether your piece is genuine, or what it is worth. It would be necessary to know the exact weight in grains or grams, and the exact diameter in millimeters, in addition to comparing the typeface and design elements to known genuine specimens. Then you would have to find completed auctions at which the tokens were sold in order to make a preliminary guess about value. In response to your inquiry in another thread, I identified your token by copying your picture to my computer, and then using software to lighten it up enough to read the legend and get some idea of the design. When you are seeking identification of an item it is far more important to make the picture clear than it is to keep accurate color. (Just mention what you have done whenever you alter an image.)
