Interesting serial numbers

I have been actively looking for a web note, and by chance found this note. Ser# 34548434. Is this a collectable and/or worth more than a buck?
Also, there's a radar I found. 76188167
Edit: the pics really got shrunk...
Can we set the picture shrinker to 250K instead of 6k?
