Scans are not as good as a good photo for showing mint luster on these coins. From what I see I would give it an ms 62 but I think with nice photos it could go up one. If you were to sell it on ebay I would expect it to bring between 25 to 35 bucks. The 1898o has a bit of neat history to it. Until a sealed vault was opened in 1962 these coins in mint state were a rarity.
