I love them and if you are doubting me you can look All you want there difference in the two I went back and made sure you can tell there is two different 1970s
If you keep letting them fall they might become damaged and/or roll away on the floor and end up becoming lost
I also don't understand most of it. But all we need to know out of this thread is that the plural of Penny is Pennies.. Not Penny's
I had to read thru the post a few times and I'm still not sure what's going on. It appears he's a roll hunter and has had some luck. I like the Lincoln Cent. Not bad it that came out of a random roll. I think! Finding a 1919 nickel that's neat. As far as anything else I got lost pretty quick. The first sentence appears to relate to a prior post and the second sentence is everything after the first sentence.
I'm going to start making these short and sweet right to the point that way maybe it will help me and a lot of you guys. When I write it like it makes sense to me but I'm trying to get the point off to you guys and at the end of the day that is all that matters I apologize I will make this a lot more better for you guys but I'm not perfect buy no means but it will change.
Bentley ignore the negative and concentrate on the positive. And the positive is that you are enjoying coin collecting!!! Please continue posting!!!
OK, I'm going to give you a little advice on writing. Based on the post I'm responding to your first sentence is fine. I understand where your going. However, the rest of what you wrote should be broken down into three or more sentences. What your doing is creating run on sentences. I'm going to take what you wrote and rewrite it to help clear it up.: "I'm going to start making these short and sweet and get right to the point. This way you should understand what I'm asking or talking about. What matters most is that we all understand what I'm discussing. I'm sorry for any confusion I may have caused." As you can see I took what you wrote and hopefully made it easier to understand. I want you to understand that I am in no way picking on you. I was born with a learning disability and when I saw what you wrote I quickly realized you were doing something similar to what I would do. I learned to review everything I write and see if it make sense. I still mess up though. In most cases I have to edit what I write or delete sections that don't make sense. It sucks but, there is no magic fix. When I went to college the one course that helped me the most was a technical writing class. The class focused on writing equipment manuals. The idea in writing operation or service manuals was on keeping it simple. Unfortunately for me my problem wasn't discovered until I was in 6th grade. This was back in the 1960's. So I was on my own. What's very interesting is that most people with a similar problem are left handed. This is also why you see a lot of left handed people in the trades like plumbing or construction. Left handed people are visual learners. I want you to know there are a lot of good people on Coin Talk but, there are also a few jerks / idiots. So if someone makes a wise ass remark think of them as a jerk or idiot. NO ONE ON THIS SITE SHOULD BE A JERK TO ANOTHER MEMBER.
You can also take into account friendly ribbing. For which a lot of us do meaning no harm towards those we are ribbing.
@Bentley carpenter. The size of the date is the difference. There's a large date and a small date: Here's a photo from PCGS: (not my coins)
