Help me report these fakes!

I am far from the expert, but these sure look like counterfeits to me. I have been reporting them. Despite my general good luck having eBay remove such items and my several reports, they have yet to do anything with this seller jiguo15. Yes, he is the one who sold to Mojavedave (see http://www.cointalk.com/t84323/) You can see his junk http://shop.ebay.com/jiguo15/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_from=&_ipg=&_trksid=p4340. If anyone can convince me that they are not fakes, let me know, but they sure look like fakes to me.

Part of my problem may be that he keeps his listings to 1 day listing. By the time eBay looks at my reporting emails, they have already closed.

Anyway, please help reporting them. Here are the numbers as of the moment.

You must have done a good job, they are gone, ebay pulled at least the first 3, I didn't check the other three.
