Looks like a Spanish or north-African Dobla. That may give you a rough direction.

As THCoins says, looks to be 14th-15th century, north-west African or Ibirian peninsula. I say this just by style, but we might be way off.

Not my area of expertise but stylistically I think the Iberian/North African direction is the way to go. Here are two similar coins. The first is a Muwahhid dobla of Abu ‘Abd Allah Muhammad 1199-1213 AD. The Muwahhids ruled Spain and Morocco. Castile, Navarre, and Aragon defeated the Muwahhids at the battle of Las Navas de Tolosa in 1212 AD giving the Christians control over Andalusia. No date, no mint.

The smaller coin is a Muwahhid 1/2 dinar of Abu Ya’qub Yusuf I 1163-1184 AD. Hazard 495. Kitchener #402. No date and no mint. 2.35 grams.

On reflection I think your coin is Merinid.
