Liberty Large One Cent Piece

    1861 Liberty Large One Cent Piece!!

    I have an 1861 liberty large one cent piece. That year is not listed in my Red Book. Does anyone know if it is worth anything? Thanks, Brian.

    The last large cent was issued in 1857. So I'm not sure what you have but it's probably a token of some kind. Post a pic if you can and maybe someone can identify it.

    Darn!! I got out a magnifying glass and checked it again. Dockwalliper was right.It's 1851.Thought I had something extremely rare. Thanks to both of you for your help. B12
