Is it me or this coin too perfect and most likely a counterfeit?

This 1879 Carson city Morgan appears to be perfect, no marks, no ticks, nothing perfect surfaces.
However the fact that the seller is new, hasn't had a sold listing in a while and to boot the coin observe just doesnt look right.
Am I crazy is this coin really a ms69 or is this a counterfeit?

Fairly soft details in the elements of the design, not sharp at all. No lustre, no cartwheel effect. And red banners fluttering like a Soviet May Day parade in Red Square - buyer beware.
