Your photo is not clear enough for me to see. Is it a OMM-001 or OMM-002?

I am sure that what you are seeing is damage. The MM placement is not correct.

 

The D in OMM-001 is tilted slightly right, yours appears to be
A: Not in the same position
B: Upright not tilted
