    I've called PayPal frequently and never had an extended hold time.

    It's the only way I know of to apply payments over the minimum to the right purchases.

    I'm sure the seller was not too happy that his fake coin was exposed and removed. Don't be surprised if that same coin shows up again on eBay in 6 months.
