Well, the reverse certainly looks like it.

What about the obverse? Have any pics of the PUPs on that? I'd be looking for star #4 and the date...

I can see doubling on Star 4...

 

Looks like VAM33, possibly the 33A, depending on the clash marks, it looks like they're there just not as strong as the example on VAMworld.
