1970 d

I found this pretty nice 70d cent I am wondering what all you might see I will tell you just what I am looking at. I have a off center cent I really don't know how much but not to bad I have a flooting roof no nitalis. I have a crack on the reverse on the left side of the memorial building coming not off the very top but the next section down it runs right about the I in united. Now this is a possibility I'm not sure but it seems like I see DDO and DDR but not percent about that I'm hoping one of you guys can tell me that you see doubling on this coin everything seems perfect on the letters that there is a lot of doubling going own I hope I am percent about the top part I wrote I see it plain as day.

I thought it was a nice find one of the more errors I have found at one time on one coin.

 

Sorry to rain on your Parade but I only see maybe a " floating roof" . That's all folks !!

 

I don't see a floating roof.. I don't see anything else you see niether..
No Off Center
No Doubled Die anywhere..
Just a normal Cent.

 

I was not for sure about that DDO or DDR but I know for a fact and if I say that you can bank on it there is a crack I about miss it and it in my own hand and the flooting roof is there I promise sorry paddy man it is there but I'm not really into the hole floating roof I don't believe it will ever make a error. My thoughts it did happen in the mint department hek make it a error you guys in the description department don't leave us much anymore ant like it was before back in the day and what is out there want buy you a cup coffee if it does you got one hek off a error I like the different types of crasks for real not nothing normal crack i show you something I will put this coin in a 2x2 give me just a second I am pretty fast at putting them in one I will show you how much this coin is off learned this a few years ago to get the true off center makes it so easy to see bee right back.

 

Padday Man there's one thing about me I am a man and when I'm in the wrong I will admit it right real fast and in a hurry don't want you think I'm trying to talk stupid I'm in the wrong Paddy Man and you were Dead on it it is not off center I had to do a little test right quick I liked you Paddy Man you are the same ever day and I don't really know you like that I probably no alot more about you than you do me but I follow up on you just seeing what you got to say today about a error. I hope one day I have just a little bit what you got. You might not care but I will give you knowledge when it is due

 

But it does have a little crack in it but man you got to look hard to see it

When there is a true Floating Roof the FG initials are also missing due to an overpolished die..

Give it up man. I've been dealing with mint errors and non error issues for over 36 years!

 

I came out with a crack thought I had the hole world better than nothing they say these flooting roof are bringing a couple dollars.paddyman I can remember the first coin you came own there and said I won't forget it it's a keeper I still know what that coin was I got it in a 2x2 it was a really nice grade 1969 flooting roof and you told me to keep it only coin you ever told me to keep don't even try to remember been along time ago but I want ever for get it crazy part was I didn't even see it you brung it to my attention.

 

I also see the roof. It might be a worn die issue, weak strike, but this is not a floating roof. Maybe a small start to a die crack, but very minor.

 

I'm still keeping that crack you can have the rest but I put My gold mine down there is a crack I have to put it up I don't recall a crack on a 1970d first one I ever seen and about miss it

Dies get old and crack there really is nothing to it. It is a common feature.

 

I don't believe that true Floating Roof issues should have any kind of premium. It's just ridiculous to think they do. People who sell them on ebay or etsy have no shame

 

They ant no more DDO or DDR there all on ebay you can't find none but eBay will be selling them buy the hunderds

 

No cause personal My self it's the cleaning of a die and you guys see it and run with it hek they even got most of the coin sites calling it an error I've seen as much as 100 doallars bill and the coin itself is junk.

 

I am not trying to pick on ya. But Man can you use a little puctuation.
