This is CKshows' second show in Ontario, California, at the Ontario Convention center, right next to the airport. The last show was really active and well run, so I'm thinking this one will be pretty good too. I'll have a table there, and hope to see some CT'rs there too! Here are the details. Anyone else going? Hope turnout is better at the show than it has been on this thread. Can't make it this time around, have to catch a flight out of LAX the only day I could maybe make it and can't count on there not being tons of traffic between Ontario & LAX that day. Just too darn close to the holidays. Was a fun show last year though, but seemed like it was after Christmas last time, maybe I'm wrong though.
The last show was in June, this is the first December show. Since there aren't many shows in December, hopefully there will be a good turnout!

Yes I have a table there, corner table right up front. And your description of yourself sounds like most of the other male coin collectors I know!
I was going to come visit, but then I realized that my worldview was tainted because I live about 10 miles from the border. This show is, indeed, not in Ontario, CANADA, but rather, Ontario California. Close in abbreviation, thousands of miles apart in distance. :-(
So close to Christmas...seems like an odd time for a show..perhaps it will attract some monied winter residents from the Palm Springs/Palm Desert area....
I am praying I can get off work tommorow in time to drive. (Chamy) knows Mark and I have had this planned for months, but the dayjob rules...it all depends on what the man says...work friday or not, i still dont know, it is killing me. I look forward to the coins and the private poker game at the top of the hotel, the executive room............... Friday drive from Phoenix to LA for a "oneday" show wil kinda suck....I'll update Thursday noonish.....
