Noticed evidence of ridge ring on obverse & reverse. Keep it long enough and zinc will start showing through.
I'm not seeing anything on this cent beyond what our fellow enthusiasts have pointed out. For DDOs for this date, I look at the 8 and 5, especially the 5, for thickness. The cent also looks cleaned, but perhaps it's just a factor of tint/color being off.
