Hi all, I just wanted to share my latest acquisition. I like to buy junk silver for my 'box', and try to get more than just 'junk'. This lot has a roll of uncirculated '64 Kennedy halves and another $10 face in 90%. I paid 5X face plus $6 shipping, so I consider whatever else is in the picture to be free, and that's at least another $26 in face and 40% halves. I have fun shopping around on eBay and it adds to my enjoyment of the hobby. Sometimes I find auctions that sell for junk price but have some neat numismatic 'extras'. I like to alternate between filling my 'junk box' and buying nice coins. I'm starting to take an interest in Canadian silver dollars too.
Thanks, I'll trade off the freebies and buy a nice coin. Not one person bid on this auction. The seller has over 7000 sales at 99.7%, but doesn't sell coins. They might be an eBay drop off type shop. I always find my best stuff from folks like that. Strange....
