So I Checked out his feed back as a buyer to see what the next step I should take with a non-payer and found it! Kind of makes E Bay a scam ya think?
Lol! I just checked his past sales; He sells positive feedback and coins Definitely looks like a scam to me, I don't see how you could give someone 100 positive feedbacks from 1 auction without somehow hacking eBay.
I guess if you only look at the feedback number, and not the actual feedback comments (which by the way lists the item sold), this could definately fool you. I hope this kind of stuff gets taken care of soon by ebay! If you have to buy positive feedback, you are the type of person who would sell their own soul if ebay would allow it.
EBay's feedback system has actually been hacked in the past.... I remember one seller who was able to "copy & paste" positive feedback and place it into his own account; of course, that was back in 1998... I assume it would be a little more difficult today.
In the early days of Ebay you could post feedback on a foreign Ebay site and write a book and it came up in the US feedback system. It got you around the character limit.
I think eBay just answered you initial question - Legal on ebay? buy feed back HUH? The listing is gone.
