This coin is very attractive, with a perfectly round flan, honest wear, and a bit of sand highlights.

I got close with the Wildwinds listing for Mionnet Supp VII, 501:

However, the legends don't quite match up on my coin.

I'm not too sure where else I can try, as RPC online does not appear to represent Caracalla.

    Thanks for your help :)

Well, the listing for that exact coin at Naumann auction 30, lot 349, 5 April 2015 gives a reference for SNG Righetti 1089. The difference between it and the Wildwinds listing is the reverse legend.

Your coin reads EΠΙ AN POVΦOV CAPΔΙΑΝΩΝ B NEΩKOPΩN.

The Wildwinds listing reads CAPΔIANΩN B NЄΩKOΡΩN. It is incorrectly attributed to Mionnet Suppl VII, 501, which reads:

Yours is close to the legend on Mionnet Suppl VII, 501 but not the same.

The Wildwinds coin is SNG Copenhagen 534; BMC 162-3. Here's the BMC listing:
