I'm not sure what you mean but I'm guessing you want to know this:

1971 is the year it was made
D is Denver Mint (where they make the coins)
Half is a half dollar or Kennedy in that year
MS stands for Mint state or just like it came from the mint
66 and 67 are the grades it is from 0 to 70 the higher the better

    ok thanks

What about errors on the coins?.......... coins like that are worth more?.... i have the 1961 set and i opened it and on the bell at the back of the coin there looks like a crack.... and at the front there is a burn mark.... does that mean coin is no good or its error like?
    Thanks

I believe this resulted when it was rung for the centennial of Washington's birth.

The burn mark might be a carbon spot, kind of difficult to remove.

that bell is the liberty bell and it's supposed to have a crack in it. the real bell was cracked as has been stated, those carbon spots suck and bring the coins value down.
