Coin looks quite nice, but a bit too many marks in the obverse left field for me. I'm going with 64PL

MS 63 PL. photograph does not show a PL coin, but the die polish markers are there. Try a different lighting or angle, as it isn’t flattering to the coin.

 

MS-63, perhaps with a +. The big mark in the left field in from of Ms. Liberty's eye is really holding it back. If that is on the holder, it's an MS-64. I don't see P-L here at all; it's too hazy.

 

Here's her only issue...

 

MS63 possibly PL. I would have said 64 but the unfortunate hit in the left obverse field holds it back.

 

That looks like a die marker, Eddie. I would bet it is a blob of die polish that caused that mark.

 

I am caught between 63 and 64. So, I will say 63+PL.
Could still be a low end 64.
