Here's one of my Peace dollars. I got this one back in '09 and despite having some rarer/better examples, I still enjoy this '22 quite a lot.

MS 63....looks to have great luster; a few too many scattered hits on the obverse and reverse to go higher...nice coin overall

Lovely coin, lots of luster. But, it has a couple big and distracting hits. I would say it's MS62 or so. It might have gotten MS63 but if so it's a low end 63.

Low end 63. Nice luster, but fairly baggy in the obverse fields. Attractive coin, though.

62+ or 63 has some doubling around the face with maybe a Vam or two regarding the rays. It has great hair detail on obverse but the reverse suffers from poor feather detail. Over all the luster looks good with a strong strike typical of the year.

Here is my 65, for comparison:

I like her a lot, myself. That's a nice little crack going through the bottom of the neck. Those dies were failing, alright. Too bad she got so roughed up while in the bag. They shouldn't give her better than MS62, I think, but I wouldn't hold it against them if they did.

I’m betting the coin in the OP is in a 65 holder. It’s hard to tell from the photo, but I would bet that NGC 65 would upgrade (I feel like I’ve seen some far uglier/more heavily marked pieces graded 66). I think both pieces are nice.

Like many corrected assessed the coin is MS63. It is quite frosty and retains a large amount of luster; but as folks pointed out, definitely suffers from its share of bag marks. Overall though, as I mentioned, still a big fan of this coin. Don't plan on replacing it any time soon :)

They overlooked the cuts for a strike and luster they don't see too often. IMO, anyway, this one does have a certain uniqueness, or, if you will, charm to it.

This one has already been revealed - to be fair; difficult to see when scrolling through since I didn't upload picture of slab.
