1991 P 10c die clash?

Good morning,
I just received this in change and not sure if it is a die clash, misaligned die or die deterioration. The anomalies are different and not sure if it is from a worn die, circulation ware or both if it is a die clash. Eye doubling is really pronounced while forehead, nose, lips and chin are not. Thanks for the help.

I'm not seeing any clash at all.
Everything else I see is normal circulation wear.

It would be far clearer out of the holder
