I would love to know the origin of the countermark on this coin 1d Cartwheel Penny? I would guess it's offical or semi offical due to the the crown stamp? Early 19th C.? somewhere in the caribbean?
I don't know anything about your coin or the counterstamp itself, but I do get a kick out of counterstamped coins,mostly the lincoln pennies which have many different cs's. Sorry I couldn't help more.
