Poor me, I'm out of the "loop." The robot told me to call back tomorrow because the number of customers waiting was full. I sent an Email about one of their coins so I'm happy.

I wouldn't work for that company in that state unless they paid me $300K. That's not going to happen. I'd be lucky to be offered $15/hour and need to live in a tent.
Suggestion: call earlier in the day (~9 AM CST). They have an automated call-back service which will offer to give you a call back once your place in the queue has been reached. I can vouch that on three separate occasions, they've called me back a few hours after "getting in line."
