Honesty the old and honest coins have way more charm and character than some of the BU coins;)
    Nice pick up PD

If I dug up a coin like that in an old schoolyard, it'd be my find of the year!

It has the look of a coin that was bent and later flattened back out.

A bit of damage in just the right place to make it an 1853-O, micro mint mark variety. :shame:

I have several 3 cent silver coins. Sadly almost all of them are bent or damaged in some way. My thought is that they are so thin they damage easily. They are all keepers though. Thanks for sharing yours.
