I just opened up another roll had 4wheat Penny's in it this 52d kinda stand out a little bit. The hole date and the d looks like it has been repunched mint mark on it.
We can hardly see the date. Or the mintmark. Or why you think it is repunched. So I'm going to say no, it's probably not. I have never heard of a wheat cent with both a doubled date and an RPM at the same time.
The 2 on it looks a little doubled die and the mint mark is pulling north if you are standing in front of the coin itself there is a lot of pull in it. No doubt it is hard to see in pictures just what I see you may be right on the money it just looked at lot different. I have a bunch of these this one just looked different that is all.
