It looks like a Thai baht which don't have dates most of the times. Maybe it's worth $2.00 tops but you better wait for one of the pros in that area to answer you.

My reference books aren't available at the moment so I can't read the date, or coordinate it with the western calendar, but it most definitely is there. Value? Extremely common cu-ni coins don't rank very high on the value charts and are often found in dealers' five-for-a-dollar plates.
