Far from an expert, I assure you, but I am an avid collector of Seated dimes.

Your question contains too little information to attempt to answer it in a very rigorous way. Is the coin in question in a slab? From whom? Is it correctly graded? As you probably know, PR-60 is a bit of a weird grade, and suggests that the coin is in some way impaired. So it would also help a lot to see a pic.

Generally, there are more collectors of business strikes in this series than there are of proofs, and this might put a very small bit of downward pressure on the value.

On the other hand, Seated dimes have remained very robust in retaining their value in a relatively weak market. It's not at all unusual for a Seated dime to go for more than Trends, and Trends has this date at $700 in PR-63.

Using that as a standard, assuming it's broadly correct, and then extrapolating down for the difference in grade, one might estimate that your coin is worth in the $400 to $500 range.

it's not slabbed but was graded by a dealer here in littlerock who has been an aviid collector and dealer for 40 years and his father was a dealer for 50 years before him. i'll try and get some pics and will send it with my next group to ngc. i like to send 100 at a time i get a lot better price that way. thanks for the imput i'll keep you posted.
