Is anyone ever seen this crazy 1? It almost looks like the one and nine is double but I am no expert any input would be great

 

It looks like machine doubling to me.

 

I agree, machine doubling. Also the one in the date looks like a die chip to me.

 

I kind of figured it was machine doubling because it looks kind of flat but that one still looks weird

If the nine has doubling to the east inside and outside wouldn’t that be considered a double die You can see it better in the last picture I sent
