    The "コリラ" on the token might actually read "ゴリラ," or "Gorilla" because a few pachinko and slot machine venues called "gorilla" exist in Japan, including "Parlor Gorilla" パーラーゴリラ - it looks like the "ko" on the token could have two little marks to it's upper right, but I'm not completely sure.

    I haven't found a "Monaco" connection yet, but parlors called "Monaco" (モナコ) also seem to exist. In any case, it's very likely a Pachinko, a Pachislo or a general gaming token from Japan.
