I don't collect error coins but I do roll search. While going through a box of Lincolns last weekend I found a 1990 that was stamped off center. Not much, but the 0 in the date is touching the rim. The penny is pretty well worn so it's been in circulation a long time. I'm surprised nobody ever noticed through all the years. Pretty neat find, I know it's not worth much so guess I'll just hold on to it. Are off-center coins regularly found in circulation? Thanks, Tim
To be a true off-center both sides will be off to the same side or end. If one side only is off then it's a misaligned die and to be worth anything part of the design would be missing.
