From time to time people post a thread about their smallest coin. I haven't compared this to others I have but this is definitely a contender. It's a no date (1901-1910) cash coin from Travancore, India. I measure it at 11 mm. I actually got two of them. Just for fun, here it is next to a really big coin.
Very cool. My own tiniest is a Netherlands Antilles 1 cent. Measuring at 14mm https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces1041.html
Mine is about 6mm ancient from Thasos. It even has two dolphins on it. It is around .25 grams silver. Others have even smaller ancients.
