Other than it being a rare, frequently counterfeited coin that is not in a slab, the L Giorgi signature looks way off. It was likely minted in China during the Xi Dynasty.
Google is your friend. This is one of many sites you'll find by searching: https://www.ngccoin.com/resources/counterfeit-detection/top/chinese/ Also, this topic has been discussed on Coin Talk. Perhaps you can search for older threads right here. Edit. I don't know anything about these coins so I have no opinion on whether it's real or fake.
Here is a link to the L Giorgi pattern dollar. This shows what I suspected earlier, that the signature on yours is way off. It is much smaller on the genuine example. The only fat man dollars with the designer’s signature are patterns. So yours, if genuine, would be a 5 or 6 figure coin. https://coins.ha.com/itm/china/chin...-dollar-year-3-1914-sp63-pcgs-/a/3050-37142.s
I don't know anything about this particular coin, but try to weigh it and measure it (caliper) then compare it to specs.
