What is this called? the lines under the F in of, and the A in America? I have about seven of these from the uncirculated roll that I got...and the hand really looks out of joint. Is there One like this out there that I am just not finding? Thanks:goofer:
could the gas bubbles on the F and the A be on like seven of them from that roll, andalso another one just like it that Ifound a few days ago? I can lay them all out and take a single shot of all of them at one time to show you that they are all identical. and the one that didn't come from the uncirculated roll.
If they are the same, they're not gas bubbles, probably a die chip, repeated errors imply a problem in a die.
I just looked at Wexlers site, and there is a whole slew of these, but none look like yours. http://www.doubleddie.com
2009 I looked through the uncirculated,....and thought I had more, but apparently I only have three, plus the circulated one that I found today. Here they are.:high5: obviously the one with a finger print on it is the circulated one...
Howdy, Lining them up doesn't help much. We need to see a real close up of the hand area to see what is going on. Thanks, Bill
k, I will post some of all three close ups of the hand, and the circulated one of the hand also. But when I lined them up like that, my purpose was to showthe lines under the F and the A are all in the same place on all four coins...I will post better today. Thanks
2009 Here are the close ups of the hands of the three uncirculated ones that I have. Also, the close ups of the of and America showing the lines under them. Thanks!
